GuidesThe Paper Kind For your travels around the Yucatán Peninsula, you will want to have a general guide that has more detailed listings of hotels and restaurants than it is possible to give in this volume. Though the guides listed below are recommended, they are far from being the only ones available. Check at your bookstore for others.

Coastal Belize perhaps as early as 9000, and the southern tip of South America at least by 7000.
